Archiving Policy
The journal allows authors to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional or subject repositories. Articles may also be archived in indexing databases and digital repositories to ensure long-term preservation.
Research Results
We strongly condemn fabrication, falsification or selective
reporting of data
with the intent to mislead or deceive. The derivation of data,
methods of analysis and
results of research should be recorded clearly in order to allow
external review.
Authorship
All persons making a significant contribution should be recorded as
authors.
Others who facilitated the work should be acknowledged. We encourage

statements to clarify the responsibilities of authors:

Authors should insert a full list of their current institutional
affiliations.
Competing Interests
We require that authors, referees, and editors declare any
conflicting or
competing interests relating to a given article, and all submitted
manuscripts
should include a ‘Competing Interests’ statement
Plagiarism
Any kind of plagiarism as well as reproducing text from other papers
without
properly crediting the source, or producing multiple papers with
almost the
same content by the same authors, is unacceptable. Authors may
present results
obtained only by themselves and should cite all sources that have
been used
in obtaining the data and results presented in a paper.
Duplicate Submission
Simultaneous submissions of the same manuscript to different
journals are not acceptable.
Such papers will be immediately removed from the list of papers
under evaluation.
Corrections and Retractions
By submitting their paper, authors undertake an obligation to
provide prompt
retractions or corrections of errors in published works.
Peer Review Policy
- The manuscript should not be submitted to different journals at
the same time.
- Manuscripts should be within the scope of the journal.
- All manuscripts are reviewed by two experts as suggested by the
editorial board, and reviewers’ comments must be clearly
addressed in case resubmission is invited.
- In some cases, Editors can invite additional reviews.
- The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision on the manuscript
based on the referees' reports.
- Authors are notified promptly about the decision made.
- Submitted manuscripts are considered confidential documents.
- Editors and reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest
(competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with
authors). In such cases, they are removed from the evaluation
process.
- The review process is confidential and the names of persons
involved are not disclosed.
- Authors should submit the final version of the paper prepared in
the journal format and style (see Submission Guidelines for
Authors)
